After configuring monitoring tools and reviewing the available reports, you'll be presented with the Oracle architecture based on the SQL statement processing of SELECT and DML.

At end of this training, you will be able to,

  • Oracle tuning methodology.
  • Use Oracle supplied tools for monitoring and diagnosing SQL and Instance tuning issues. Use database advisors to correct performance problems proactively.
  • Identify problem SQL statements & tune SQL performance problems. Monitor the Instance Performance using Enterprise Manager.
  • Tune instance components, primarily using Instance parameters.

Oracle Performance Tuning Training will be suitable for,

  • Database Administrators
  • Support Engineer
  • Technical Consultant

Prerequisite:Knowledge in Core DBA activities

  • Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop II Release 2
  • Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop I Release 2

Many IT giants have adopted Oracle Performance Tuning and opportunities are not limited. It is one of the trending databases in industries now.

This training will happen for 25 hours. If you opt for weekend classes both Saturday and Sunday you will be having approximately 2 hours 30 mins in scheduled time of the batch you chose. If you opt of weekdays classes all Monday to Friday you need to spend at least 90mins.
